Doing what it says in the product name !!

I bought both the Preheat Active and Chill restore on recommendation from family and they're both brilliant at sorting aches and pains either before or after activity.
If I need a kick start to warm up muscles the preheat leaves you feeling like its working from its heat factor. Likewise the Chill Restore calms and cools post activity stiffness or DOMS - really good.

Absolutely love these products! Feel so soothing, and they make sure I am ready for a run and prepared for recovery. Also run by some lovely people who genuinely care if the product is suiting your needs and helping. :)

This one is my favorite!! Love fhe cooling & pain relief!

This is my favourite at the moment. It warms up as you work out and afterwards it’s like a warm hug on my hips (where I’m currently hurting!) Love these creams - got the whole set.

These creams are incredible for prep and recovery. Love that they are Kiwi, natural, and have great packaging. Can’t recommend enough.

Vitalize creams 100% work wonders

Best product on the market by far. All the different 3 stage creams work. Highly recommend, as the result speak for themselves. As a person who does back to back intense hybrid training sessions. All of the Vitalizes creams have made the next workout possible without cramp & no more prolonged discomfort. Honestly I do encourage you to try it, as you will not be disappointed. Thank you

Highly recommend this. Used for the fiest time before a Hyrox sim. Not once did i feel my upper legs fatigue like they normally do. You didn’t even know you had anything on like other heat rubs, but you definitely noticed the burn when you stopped. Paired well with the chill restore after a shower.

These products have saved my hams from so many tough days I’ve lost count. The Preheat Active is the perfect muscle stimulant to ensure you’re targeting the right muscles, at the right time. The Knot Away is an absolute god send after a mammoth day of movement, and it doesn’t leave my skin dry and gross like other muscle creams. The Chill Restore smells absolutely amazing and it’s very fast acting. 10/10 big fan.

Love me some Vitalize! The preheat feels amazing before a run, especially when training on tired legs for a marathon. Helps you get through those dodgy first few K's while your legs are still warming up
