Doing what it says in the product name !!

I bought both the Preheat Active and Chill restore on recommendation from family and they're both brilliant at sorting aches and pains either before or after activity.
If I need a kick start to warm up muscles the preheat leaves you feeling like its working from its heat factor. Likewise the Chill Restore calms and cools post activity stiffness or DOMS - really good.

Highly recommend this. Used for the fiest time before a Hyrox sim. Not once did i feel my upper legs fatigue like they normally do. You didn’t even know you had anything on like other heat rubs, but you definitely noticed the burn when you stopped. Paired well with the chill restore after a shower.
