At Vitalize, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases.
No Refunds or Returns
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened, used, or unopened products unless required under New Zealand consumer law.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the incorrect item, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement product where appropriate.
Allergic Reactions & Product Suitability
We recommend reviewing all ingredients carefully before use. As individual skin types and sensitivities vary, Vitalize cannot provide refunds for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with product performance.
