New Zealand Shipping

• Standard shipping within New Zealand is a flat rate of $10 NZD.
• Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $80 NZD.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within New Zealand are:

• North Island: 1–3 business days
• South Island: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside of our control.

Rural Deliveries

Rural addresses may require an additional 1–3 business days for delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Vitalize is not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
