I bought both the Preheat Active and Chill restore on recommendation from family and they're both brilliant at sorting aches and pains either before or after activity.
If I need a kick start to warm up muscles the preheat leaves you feeling like its working from its heat factor. Likewise the Chill Restore calms and cools post activity stiffness or DOMS - really good.

Best product on the market by far. All the different 3 stage creams work. Highly recommend, as the result speak for themselves. As a person who does back to back intense hybrid training sessions. The Knot Away is an absolute god send after a mammoth day of movement, and it doesn’t leave my skin dry and gross like other muscle creams. The Chill Restore smells absolutely amazing and it’s very fast acting. 10/10 big fan.

Love me some Vitalize! The preheat feels amazing before a run, especially when training on tired legs for a marathon. Helps you get through those dodgy first few K's while your legs are still warming up
